摘要
科研创新能力是衡量研究生综合素质的核心要素,是化学类研究生培养的重要目标。本文分析了影响化学类研究生科研创新能力的因素,从培养方式、学位论文考核和评价制度、生源质量、导师队伍建设、科研条件等方面就如何加强化学类研究生创新能力的培养做了初步的探讨。
Research and creative ability was a key element to measure the integrated quality of graduates, and an important goal of cultivating chemical graduates. The factors affecting research and creative ability of the graduate students in chemistry were analyzed, and how to strengthen the innovation of graduate students in chemistry from cultivation mode, the system of dissertation evaluation, matriculate quality, construction of tutor team and cultivation environment was preliminary discussed.
