摘要
目的：探讨优质护理服务在神经外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2013年5月～2014年6月期间收治的100例神经外科住院患者进行对照研究，将100例患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例患者，对比两组患者的护理满意度与健康常识了解度。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为96.00%，健康常识了解度为95.00%；对照组患者的护理满意度为60.00%，健康常识了解度为50.00%，由此可见，观察组患者的护理满意度与健康常识了解度均优于对照组患者的护理满意度与健康常识了解度（P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义。结论对神经外科住院患者进行优质护理能够有效提高患者对临床护理的满意程度与相关健康常识的了解程度，所以该护理模式值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To study the quality of nursing service application in neurosurgery nursing management effect. Methods Our hospital in May 2013 to June 2014 treated 100 cases of hospitalized patients in neurosurgery control study, 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing and health knowledge understanding degree. Results The observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing care was 96.00%, the health knowledge understanding degree is 95.00%;Control patients satisfaction with nursing care was 60.00%, the health knowledge understanding degree is 50.00%, the observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing and health knowledge understanding degree were superior to control group patients satisfaction with nursing and health knowledge understanding degree （P〈0.05） difference is statistically signiifcant. Conclusion High quality nursing care for hospitalized patients with neurosurgical can effectively improve patient satisfaction of clinical care and understanding of the relevant health knowledge, so it is worth popularization and application in the clinical nursing mode.
