摘要
[目的]通过分析不同采收期对同一株金樱子的总黄酮含量,考察不同采收期对黔产金樱子中总黄酮含量的影响。[方法]采用紫外分光光度计法测定金樱子中总黄酮的含量,运用SPSS Statics 17.0统计软件对贵州不同产地不同采收期金樱子中总黄酮含量进行相关性分析。[结果]不同采摘期金樱子中总黄酮的含量有差异,越成熟总黄酮的含量相对要小一些。[结论]不同的采摘时期对黔产金樱子中总黄酮的含量有极显著的相关性。
[ Objective ] Through analyzing total flavonoid content in Rosa laevigata in different harvest period, effects of different harvest period on total flavonoid content in Rosa laevigata from Guizhou Province were investigated. [ Method ] UV spectrophotometry was used to determine total flavonoid content in Rosa laevigata, SPSS Statics 17.0 statistic software was applied to conduct correlation analysis on total flavonoid content in Rosa laevigata from different places in different harvest period. [ Result] There are differences of total flavonoid content in Rosa laevigata from different harvest period, total flavonoid content is less in more mature Rosa laevigata. [ Conclusion ] Different harvest period has extremely significant correlation with total flavonoid content in Rosa laevigata from Guizhou Province.
