摘要
探讨南美药食两用植物玛咖多糖成分的体外抗氧化保健作用。采用邻苯三酚自氧化法、H2O2诱导红细胞氧化溶血以及CCl4致豚鼠肝脏脂质过氧化的方法,观察体外给予玛咖多糖对这些氧化反应的影响。结果表明,玛咖多糖对邻苯三酚的自氧化有微弱的抑制作用,对H2O2诱导红细胞氧化溶血有显著的抑制作用,最大抑制率达76.9%,显著减少CCl4所致豚鼠肝脏脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛的产生。玛咖多糖体外具有一定的抗氧化保健作用。
The antioxidative activity of polysaccharide from Maca (Lepidium meyenii Walp.) was investigated. Scavenging superoxide anion activity was measured by the self oxidation method of pyrogallol, effect of maca polysaccharide on red blood cell hemolysis and lipid peroxidation induced by hydroxyl free radical were analyzed by colorimetric assay. Maca polysaccharide had weak effect of scavenging superoxide anion .O^- 2, but it exhibited a significant potency in inhibiting murine erythrocyte hemolysis, the maximal rate of inhibition was 76.9% when its concentration reached 50μg/mL, and lipid peroxidation MDA were remarkably decreased in guinea pig liver homogenate. Maca polysaccharide has definite effect of antioxidation in vitro.
