摘要
目的：探讨改良立体定向软通道微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法选择2012年2月-2014年2月本院收治的70例高血压脑出血患者作为观察组，行改良立体定向软通道微创颅内血肿清除术治疗；选取同期收治的同症70例高血压脑出血患者作为对照组，行硬通道微创下颅内血肿清除术治疗。观察两组近、远期临床疗效。结果观察组存活64例（91.43%），死亡6例（8.57%）；对照组存活55例（78.57%），死亡15例（21.43%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组预后良好率为90.62%，明显高于对照组的81.82%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对脑出血患者应用改良立体定向软通道微创颅内血肿清除术治疗，临床效果确切，术后生存率较高，可显著提高术后远期生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved stereotactic soft channel minimally invasive intrac-erebral hemorrhage in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 70 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected as observation group,and were given with improved stereotactic soft channel minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage;70 cases patients wiht hyper-tensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital at the same time were selected as control group,and were given with hard-ware channel minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage.The clinical curative effect of short-term and long-term be-tween two groups was compared. Results 64 cases （91.43%） were survived and 6 cases （8.57%） were died in observa-tion group,55 cases （78.57%） were survived and 15 cases （21.43%） were died in control group,the two groups had sig-nificant difference （P〈0.05）.The good rate of prognosis in observation group was 90.62%,higher than 81.82%of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improved stereotactic soft channel minimally invasive intrac-erebral hemorrhage in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage has a good effect,has higher survival rate,and can significantly improve the quality of long-term,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
