摘要
目的研究分析开颅清除术与穿刺引流术在高血压脑出血治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2017年7月在我院接受治疗的高血压脑出血患者80例,随机均分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采取传统开颅血肿清除术进行治疗,研究组采取微创穿刺引流术清除血肿,对比两组患者术后神经功能评分总有效率、并发症发生率、功能康复、语言康复、日常生活能力评分。结果研究组患者术后经功能评分总有效率为92.5%,并发症发生率为7.5,对照组患者术后经功能评分总有效率为77.5%,并发症发生率为27.5,研究组患者术后功能康复、语言康复、日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组,组间差异P值<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血效果显著,血肿清除速度快,有利于神经功能恢复,创口小不易感染,术后生活质量恢复效果良好。
Objective To study the clinical effect of craniotomy and puncture drainage in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Choose between January 2013 and July 2013 in our hospital treated 80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,randomly divided into research group and the control group,40 cases in each group,control group treated with traditional craniotomy hematoma removal,the team take minimally invasive puncture drainage to remove the hematoma,compared two groups of patients with postoperative neurological function score total effective rate,incidence of complications,functional rehabilitation,language rehabilitation,daily life ability score. Results Postoperative function in patients with team score the total effective rate was 92. 5%,incidence of complications is 7. 5,the control group patients after functional score the total effective rate was 77. 5%,incidence of complications is 27. 5,the team after surgery function,language rehabilitation,daily life ability score significantly higher than the control group,difference between group P values 〈0. 05,with statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of puncture drainage on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant,and the removal rate of hematoma is fast,which is beneficial to the recovery of nerve function. The wound is less susceptible to infection and the postoperative quality of life recovery is good.
