摘要
目的探讨病区备用药物安全管理的方法。方法应用PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)循环管理模式对病区药品管理出现的问题进行分析,并制订整改措施及效果评价。结果通过药学人员与护理部的双方合作及必要的干预,增长了护理人员对药物安全管理的认识,规范病区备用药物管理,提高了工作效率,减少药物资源浪费。结论 PDCA循环是落实病区药品质量管理的有效方法。
Objective To explore ahemate methods of drug safety management in ward. Methods The PDCA cycle quality improvement process was called into play,to analyze the problems which were found in ward spare drugs man- agement, and formulate rectification measures and effect evaluation. Results Through both pharmacists and nurses co- operation and pharmacy personnel appropriate intervention, the nurses＂ awareness on drug safety management were increased. Also it regulated drug management in ward, increased productivity and reduced drug wastage of resources. Conclusion The PDCA cycle is an effective means for ward spare drugs management.
