摘要
针对电传飞控系统上电开关的有无所带来的问题,提出了一种优化的供电保护策略。分析了具有上电开关的电传飞控供电方案的缺点,讨论了基于心理惯性思维的解决方案,基于TRIZ创新思维方法针对取消上电开关所引起的技术矛盾进行了分析,将电传飞控系统用电分为地面与机上两个层次的实施方案。分析表明,所提出的供电保护方案能够大大降低地勤的工作负担、提高系统的可靠性及工作的安全性。
An optimized power supply protection strategy is proposed according to the problems which are caused by FBW( fly- by- wire) flight control system power supply system. At first,the disadvantages of FBW flight control system with power on switch are analyzed. Then a solution based on psychological inertia thinking methods is discussed. Finally,the abolition of the power on switch is analyzed on the basis of TRIZ innovation thinking method. In view of the suggested principle,the using electricity of FBW flight control system is divided to the ground level and airborne level. The analysis shows that the given power supply protection scheme can greatly reduce the ground crew work burden and improve the reliability of the FBW flight control system.
