摘要
电液伺服系统是一种由电信号处理装置和液压动力机构组成的伺服控制系统。针对某航空机电系统中伺服驱动装置的工作特点,设计实现了基于DSP处理器的高可靠航空电液伺服系统控制器。控制器为双余度硬件冗余体系结构,采用热备份的主/备工作方式,并使用基于故障严重程度和故障计数双重原则的容错策略,在保证控制器性能的同时有效提高了系统可靠性,同时其双余度架构也保证了系统安全性。
The electro- hydraulic servo control system were composited by electric processing unit and hydraulic driving equipment. A high reliable aero electro-hydraulic controller based on DSP were carried out according to the features of driving equipment. Using the fault severity detection principle and fault count principle, the dual-redundant controller under hot standby could guarantee the reliability and safety of the aero electro-hydraulic servo control system.
