摘要本文基于计划行为理论(the theory of planned behavior),从个体微观视角对员工劳动安全行为意向影响因素进行初步研究,探讨了道德成熟度(moral maturity)与情绪智力作为个体变量在提高员工劳动安全行为中的重要作用,最后从招聘、人员素质测评、组织道德氛围建设、员工培训等方面提出相应的实施建议。
