摘要
以防爆箱体为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件Hypermesh建立其有限元模型,为了验证模型的可靠性对隔爆外壳做水压试验,将试验实测值与仿真结果对比,经过数据比较可知,3种工况下外壳变形的实测数据与模拟仿真数据基本吻合,由此表明该仿真计算方法可靠。
Take the flame-proof box in the production as subjects, establishing the finite element model by finite element software Hypermesh, do the hydraulic pressure test for flame-proof enclosure in order to verify the reliability of the model, compare the measured values with simulation results, through the data comparison, the measured and simulation data of the flame-proof enclosure deformation are agreed under three condition, it shows that the simulation method is reliable.
