摘要
针对现有煤矿井下粉尘浓度检测可靠性低,报警信号不明显的问题,在消化吸收了国内外先进的测尘技术的基础上,对粉尘传感器进行了研究,结合蒋庄煤矿井下的实际情况,采用粉尘浓度传感器与单片机SPMC75F2413A-QFP64相结合,设计出一种新型粉尘浓度检测系统。阐述了系统组成、工作原理及硬件原理图,并编写了单片机算法程序,实现了井下粉尘浓度的实时在线检测。当粉尘浓度超限时有明显的声光报警信号、并直接输出粉尘质量浓度,同时输出控制信号,驱动防尘装置,进行降尘处理。该系统具有快速准确、灵敏度高、性能稳定、定点显示、维护方便等优点。
Inspection reliability of existing coal mine underground dust concentration is low,alarm signal is not obvious.Due to these reasons we studied and learned the advanced testing dust technology overseas,and had a study of the dust sensor.And also due to the actual situation of JiangZhuang colliery,we designd a new type dust concentration measurement system by combining dust concentration sensor and single-chip microcomputer SPMC75F2413A-QFP64.This systems describes the system composition,working principle and hardware diagram,it also writes the single-chip algorithm procedures,and help realizing the downhole dust concentration real-time on-line detection.When the dust concentration is over the limitation there will be an obvious off-gauge audible and visual alarm signal,and output the dust mass concentration directly.At the same time it will output a control signal,and drive the dustproof device to undertake dustfall processing.The system is fast and accurate,and also have the advantage of high sensitivity,stable performance,fixed-point display,the maintenance etc.
