摘要
我国高凝原油分布广、产量高、流变性差,易造成运输管道堵塞的安全隐患,提出添加化学降凝降黏剂是改善原油低温流动性的有效途径。通过分析国内外学者对单一及复配降凝降黏剂的研究应用现状,指出采用降凝剂复配技术可大大提高降凝降黏效果,并进一步阐述了降凝降黏剂对高凝原油的流动性所存在的问题及发展方向。
In view of the widespread distribution and high production of high pour point crude oil of poor rheological property that poses a potential safety hazard of blocking oil transportation pipelines in China,it is an effective way of improving the fluidity of crude oil at low temperature to use pour point depressing and viscosity reducing agent. It is pointed out after analyzing the research on single pour point depressing and viscosity reducing agent and compounded pour point depressing and viscosity reducing agent of the scholars both at home and abroad that the pour point depressing and viscosity reducing effect can be improved greatly by making use of compounded pour point depressing and viscosity reducing agent. The problems regarding the improvement of high pour point crude oil fluidity by using pour point depressing and viscosity reducing agent and the future development of pour point depressing and viscosity reducing agent are discussed.
