摘要
研究某高速动车组列车异常颤动的实际问题。从试验、研发设计的角度出发,测试车轮踏面磨耗、多边形,悬挂系统振动传递,分析车下设备振动情况,车体和设备、座椅之间的模态匹配等对车辆振动性能的影响,全面阐述了车辆异常振动的分析解决方法、思路。通过试验测试数据寻找车辆异常振动的根本原因,通过分析多工况下车体的模态振动以及车体与车下吊挂设备、座椅的耦合模态振动,探讨修改座椅减振器参数对车辆消除颤振的作用。研究结果为指导车辆结构优化和运用维护提供理论依据。
The abnormal vibration of the EMU train has been investigated. Based on the analysis of the wheel tread wear, the wheel pol- ygon, the vibration transmission of bogie suspension and the modal matching among car-body, equipment and seats, the analysis meth-od and solution have been expressed in testing , research and design. The basic reason is searched through testing data, the influence on the buffeting by discussing the multi-condition of carboy vibration and modal matching among ear-body, equipment and seats. The re- search results provide a theory reference for the optimize and maintenance of vehicle structure.
