摘要
为分析控制型转向架常摩擦减振器的工作特性,本文给出了减振器相对摩擦系数的计算公式。利用货车非线性动态响应计算方法,分析相对摩擦系数对车辆垂向动力性能的影响,指出减振器工作不稳定的原因,并提出改善减振器工作稳定性的途径。
For analyzing the operation characteristics of cons-tant friction snubber in Ride-Control type truck, theformula for computing relative friction coefficient ofthe truck is given in this paper, By using computationmethod for freight car nonlinear dynamic response,the effect of relative friction coefficient on verticaldynamic performance of the car is analysed. It is poin-ted out the cause of unstability in snubber operationand put forward the way for improving operation stabi-lity of snubber.
