摘要
在炭基载体上选用三种不同的杂多酸H3[P(Mo3O10)4]·xH2O、H4[Si(WxOy)4]·xH2O、H3PO4·12WO3·xH2O为催化剂,在烟气浓度为1000ppm评价SO2脱除的催化性能,考察三种不同杂多酸的制备工艺条件及催化剂活性对烟气脱硫的影响。结果显示,三种酸的最优焙烧温度分别是700℃,600℃和800℃。催化性能从高到低依次是H3[P(Mo3O10)4]·xH2O>H4[Si(WxOy)4]·xH2O>H3PO4·12WO3·xH2O。
Being choosed three different types of heteropoly acid,H3[P(Mo3O10)4]xH2O,H4[Si(WxOy)4]xH2O,H3PO4 12 WO3xH2 O,on activated carbon as catalyst,and evaluated the 1000 ppm concentration in the flue gas SO2 removal of catalytic performance.To investigate the impact of three different heteropoly acid preparation conditions and catalytic activity of flue gas desulfurization.The result showed that,the optimum calcination temperature of three acids catalysts were 700℃,600℃and 800℃.Catalytic performance in descending order are H3[P(Mo3O10)4].xH2OH4[Si(WxOy)4].xH2OH3PO4.12WO3.xH2 O.
