潜江市2009-2013年血吸虫病疫情与防治成效

摘要 目的分析湖北省潜江市2009-2013年血吸虫病疫情变化,进一步优化防治策略和措施。方法收集湖北省潜江市2009-2013年血吸虫病防治工作报表及相关数据,以各年度流行区概况、人、畜血吸虫感染率、调查钉螺及杀灭钉螺等指标建立数据库,应用EXCEL对数据进行统计分析,评价血吸虫病疫情变化及血吸虫病防治成效。结果潜江市由2010年308个疫情控制村至2013年100.00%达到传播控制标准的指标要求。2009-2013年以村为单位,人群血吸虫感染率分别为1.71%、1.45%、0.94%、0.70%、0.45%(χ2=3 897.57,P<0.01),耕牛血吸虫感染率分别为1.90%、1.36%、0.82%、0.54%、0.00%,2013年与2009年相比分别下降73.43%、100.00%;2010-2013年实施以机代牛淘汰耕牛8 963头;2009-2013年共调查钉螺面积30 171.19 hm2,查出有螺面积7 776.86 hm2,累计灭螺面积6 104.93 hm2,占有螺面积78.50%,钉螺面积纯降67.95 hm2。2009-2013年无急性血吸虫感染病人和突发疫情发生。结论 "省部联动"、"以机代牛"的血防模式是控制血吸虫病取得显著成果的有效措施。 Objective To analyze the change of Schistosomiasis in Qianjiang City of Hubei Province from 2009 to 2013,and improve control strategies and measures.Methods work reports and related data of schistosomiasis control in Qianjiang City of Hubei Province from 2009 to 2013 were collected; the annual epidemic region profile,schistosomiasis infectious rate of human and cattle,and snail control indicators were used to establish the database; data were analyzed by Microsoft Excel to evaluate the change and control effects of Schistosomiasis.Results 100% of the 308"endemic-controlled villages"(2010) had reached the index of"transmissioncontrolled villages"(2013) Taking a village as a unit,from 2009 to 2013,the infection rates of residents were 1.71% 、1.45% 、0.94% 、0.70% 、0.45%,respectively(χ2= 3 897.57 P〈0.01) 、0.00%,while the rate of livestock were 1.90% 、1.36% 、0.82% 、0.54% 、0.00%,respectively.Compared with 2009 in 2013,the infection rates of human and cattle declined by 73.43% and 100.00%respectively.From 2010 to 2013 cattle was replaced by machines,the number of cattle decreased by 8 963.Between 2009 and 2013,a total of 30 171.19hm2(snail) areas were investigated,the area with snails was 7 776.86 hm2.The accumulative snail-control area was 6 104.93 hm2 occupying 78.50% of the infected snail areas,the infected snail areas decreased by 67.95hm2.There were no acute schistosomiasis patients and outbreak of schistosomiasis from 2009 to 2013.Conclusion The mode of "joint action of Health Ministry and Province "and "replacing cattle with machine "are effective strategies for schistosomiasis control.
