摘要
高等职业技术教育的化工类专业高职学生的实践能力和创新素质是衡量人才培养质量的重要组成部分。陕西国防工业职业技术学院化学工程学院构建了三个层次的教学做一体化实践教学体系,本文从培养高端技能型人才的人才培养模式的角度阐述了该体系加强实践性教学环节的思路、组织、方法和基本特色。
