摘要
目的:观察宫血宁胶囊治疗皮下埋植避孕引起阴道流血的临床效果。方法:选取2012年1月至2013年12月收治的100例患者随机分组为研究组和对照组,每组50例,研究组采用宫血宁胶囊治疗,对照组采用雌激素治疗;比较两组患者流血天数、滴血天数、总流血天数、流血/滴血次数、平均流血/滴血天数、间歇天数;临床疗效及不良反应率。结果:研究组治疗后流血天数、总流血天数及平均流血/滴血天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);间歇天数长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率为88.0%,高于对照组(66.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫血宁胶囊治疗皮下埋植避孕引起阴道流血临床效果较佳。
Objective To analyze the clinical effi cacy of Gongxuening capsule in the treatment of vaginal bleeding caused by implanted contraception. Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the study group was treated by Gongxuening capsule, while the control group was treated by estrogen. Blood bleeding days, staxis days, total bleeding days, bleeding/staxis times, average bleeding/staxis days, pause days of two groups were compared, as well as the clinical effi cacy and adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the blood bleeding days, total bleeding days and average bleeding/staxis days of study group were signifi cantly less than control group, the pause days of study group was signifi cantly longer than control group, and the effi ciency of study group（88.0 %） was signifi cnatly higher than control group（66.0 %）, differences between two groups were statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effi cacy of applying Gongxuening capsule in the treatment of vaginal bleeding caused by implanted contraception shows good results.
