摘要
目的:分析对早期股骨头坏死患者采用髓芯减压联合自体外周血干细胞进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将我院2011年7月-2013年7月收治的42例早期股骨头坏死患者给予髓芯减压联合自体外周血干细胞进行治疗。结果:患者的髋关节Harris疼痛程度评分、关节功能评分以及屈髋活动度明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:髓芯减压联合自体外周血干细胞治疗早期股骨头坏死患者,疗效较为确切,可将其作为治疗早期股骨头坏死患者的首选治疗方法。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of core pith decompression combined with autologous peripheral blood stem cell for treating the femoral head necrosis. Methods 42 patients in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 were selected and treated with core pith decompression combined with autologous peripheral blood stem ceils. Results The patients＇ Harris hip pain score, joint function and hip flexor activity score were significantly better than pre-treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Core pith decompression combined with autologous peripheral blood stem cells can cure the patients with early osteonecrosis, and the efficacy is more precise. In summary, the method can be used as the preferred treatment method for the treatment of patients with early osteonecrosis.
