摘要
目的 :通过相位对比磁共振成像(PC-MRI)技术观察监测正常人中脑导水管脑脊液(CSF)流动情况,并测量导水管脑脊液流速、流量等正常值。方法:使用Siemens Avanto 1.5 T磁共振(MR)对15例正常人行导水管PC-MRI扫描,利用Argus软件进行数据测量及分析,测量中脑导水管于一个心动周期内脑脊液流动的各参数,如收缩期峰值流速、舒张期峰值流速、平均流速、净流量、平均流速率等。结果:在一个心动周期内,正常人中脑导水管脑脊液流动的收缩期峰值流速、舒张期峰值流速、平均流速、净流量、平均心动周期分别为:(5.404±1.341)cm/s、(4.264±1.091)cm/s、(0.426±0.630)cm/s、(0.012±0.176)mL/s、(664.00±111.99)ms。结论 :正常人中脑导水管在一个心动周期内脑脊液呈"双向性"搏动,收缩期CSF从导水管头侧流向足侧,舒张期CSF从导水管足侧流向头侧。
Objective To study and analyze cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow in the normal cerebral aqueduct by use of PC-MRI. Methods 15 normal volunteers were selected and the study was conducted from November 2012 to March 2014. CSF flow was measured inside cerebral aqueduct with cine PC (Siemens Avanto 1.5T) in all case. All required parameters were obtained during a cardiac cycle, including PSV, DSV, AV, NF and ACC. All diffusiontensor data were measured and processed with Argus software installed on the workstation. Results The CSF flow data recorded during a cardiac cycle for PSV, DSV, AV, NF and ACC were (5.404 ±1.341 ) cm/s, (4.264 ±1.091 ) cm/s, (0.426 ±0.630) cm/s, (0.012 ±0.176) mL/s, and (664.00 ±111.99) ms, respectively. Conclusions The CSF shows bidirectional flow during one ACC in normal cerebral aqueduct, which flows caudal (downward) during systolic period and cranial (upward) during diastolic period.
