摘要
目的:探讨传染病对大学生的心理影响;方法:自2012年起通过对110名在校大学生进行开放式问卷调查,根据开放式问卷调查结果制定半封闭问卷,调查288名在校大学生,根据半封闭式问卷调查结果制定初始封闭问卷,调查550名在校大学生,通过因素分析法,获取传染病对大学生的心理影响的因素。结果:传染病对大学生的心理影响的因素有2个,共15个成分。因素1是自己患传染病的影响,9个成分分别为:自卑、焦虑、担心、郁闷、烦躁、疲惫、躲避、不平衡、孤独;因素2是别人患传染病包括身边的人患传染病和流行病暴发期间的影响,6个成分分别为:难过、同情和关心、防备、谨慎、恐慌、忧虑。结论:传染病对大学生的影响是多方面的,总体上呈消极趋势,需要定期进行心理干预。
Objective： To investigate the psychological impact of infectious disease on college students.Methods：Since 2012,we investigate 110 college students by open questionnaire,according to the results of open questionnaire, we formulated semi closed questionnaire,288 undergraduates were investigated, according to the semi closed questionnaire closed the initial questionnaire, we survey 550 College Students, through factor analysis, factors for psychological impact of infectious disease on college students.Results：There are 2 factors of psychological effect of infectious disease on college students, a total of 15 components.Factor 1 is suffering from the effect of infectious disease,the 9 components are：low self-esteem,anxiety,worry,depression,irritability,fatigue,Dodge,unbalanced,lonely;factors of 2 others suffering from infectious diseases including people around the effects of infectious diseases and epidemic outbreak period, the 6 component don＇t： sad, compassion and concern,preparedness,cautious,panic,anxiety.Conclusion：The effect of infectious disease on college students are in many aspects, the overall trend is negative, the need for regular psychological intervention.
