摘要
糖尿病足(DF)作为糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,是糖尿病致残、致死的重要原因。临床经验证明,在常规消毒、清创、引流后,应用中药外用制剂可以解决糖尿病足局部红肿、溃疡、化脓、腐烂等诸多问题,减少截肢率,帮助患肢形体、功能恢复。此外,中药外用制剂可根据糖尿病足各期灵活处方用药,减少不良反应,在局部处理这一环节上比西药更具优势。本文将对中药外用制剂治疗糖尿病足的应用现状,按剂型分类进行综述,为选择中药外用制剂治疗糖尿病足提供理论参考,促进中药外用制剂在糖尿病足治疗领域的应用。
Diabetic foot（DF） is one of the major chronic complications of diabetes,that has become one of the most important cause of disability, death.The Clinical experience has shown that after routine disinfection, debridement and drainage, the application of external preparation of TCM for treating diabetic foot can solve the problems of swelling, ulcer, the fester, decay which caused by diabetic foot,reduce the rate of amputation,and make the function of limb recovery. In addition, external preparation of TCM can be prescribed flexibly according to different periods of diabetic foot and reduce adverse reactions,therefor,external preparation of TCM for treating diabetic foot are better than western medicine external preparation in the process of local treatment,The purpose of the paper is to provide theoretical reference on the choice of external preparation of TCM for treating diabetic foot, and further promote the application of modern external preparation of TCM.
