摘要
糖尿病是以高血糖水平为特征的代谢性疾病,其病因和发病机制尚不清楚,大量实验研究表明,其主要由遗传因素、自身免疫以及环境因素等共同作用的结果。随着降糖药物制剂研究的发展,许多的剂型被研发出来用于提高生物利用度,并降低药物在治疗过程中所带来的副作用。通过对降糖药物剂型近些年来相关报道进行综述,以期为寻找降糖药物新剂型的开发提供参考依据。
Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorders characterized by high blood concentration level,and its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear.Many researches suggest that diabetes is the result of genetic factors,autoimmune factors and environmental factors.With the development of research on hypoglycemic drugs,many dosage forms were developed to improve the bioavailability and reduce the side effects of drugs in the treatment process.In order to provide reference for the development of new drug formulations,the related reports in recent years were reviewed.
