摘要
本文综述了杂质元素、稀土元素和硼元素对纯度≥99.7%工业纯铝导电性能的影响。发现在纯度≥99.7%工业纯铝中,Fe/Si比、稀土和硼对导电率的影响有待深入研究。开发高导电率硬铝导线,需以纯度≥99.7%工业纯铝为研究对象,深入研究Fe/Si比、稀土和硼对纯铝导体导电率的影响规律和机理。
The influence of impurity elements,rare earth and boron micro-alloying elements on electrical conductivity of ≥99. 70% commercial purity aluminum conductor is summarized in the peper,and is found to be deeply study. For developing high electric conductivity hard-drawn aluminum wire,we need to research deeply on the rule and mechanism about effect of Fe / Si ratio,rare earth and boron micro-alloying elements on electric conductivity in ≥99. 70% commercial purity aluminum object.
