摘要
用我国自主创新的<稀土优化综合处理技术>生产电工铝导体,对含硅0.09%~0.13%的非电工级铝进行处理并生产的电工铝导线具有最佳的技术经济效益,这种处理技术特别适用于与中国矿藏资源(铝矿含硅高)相类似或缺乏电工级铝锭制造电工铝导体的国家.铝中加入稀土,可降低铝固溶体中硅的含量,这是提高铝导电率的主要原因.耐热铝合金线在新建大容量输电、老线路增容改造和大跨越等线路上大有用武之地.
We make EC grade aluminium conductors from the non-EC grade aluminium with silicon content of 0.09%-0.13% using the RE-Optimized Comprehensive Treatment technique invented independently in China and obtain best technical and economical benefits. This technique is also suitable for the countries having similar mineral resources (mineral aluminium with high silicon content) or lacking of EC grade A1 ingots to make EC grade aluminium conductors. The addition of RE in aluminium lowers the silicon content in the solid solution, which is responsible, mainly, for the increase in conductivity of the aluminium conductor. Heat-resistant aluminium alloy conductors will find wide use in the construction of new large capacity transmission lines, renovation of old lines and large-span lines.
