摘要
采用有限元模拟和试验相结合的方法,研究了在螺栓预紧力作用下,缸套定位环带和机体配合对柴油机缸套失圆变形的影响。建立了包含柴油机机体、缸盖、气缸垫、气缸套和螺栓等的组合体有限元模型,用实测的缸套变形量验证了有限元建模和计算的准确性。在此基础上,计算了不同配合公差下缸套失圆量变化情况,研究了缸套与机体定位环带配合公差对气缸套失圆的影响规律,并通过傅里叶变换的方法对缸套失圆变形进行了阶次分析。研究结果表明:缸套定位环带与机体配合公差对缸套的失圆影响显著,可以通过控制配合公差的方法改善装配后缸套的失圆变形。
In order to investigate the fit tolerance between cylinder liner and cylinder block with preloaded bolts,test and simulation methods were presented in this paper. Finite element models of cylinder block,cylinder head,gasket,cylinder liner,bolts and other components were established,and the finite element models and simulation results were verified by experiment results. Based on the models,cylinder liner radial distortion was simulated under different fit tolerance,and the influence of fit tolerance on liner radial distortion was studied. Order analysis of cylinder liner radial distortion was studied by Fourier transform. The result shows that the fit tolerance between cylinder liner and cylinder block has a significantly influence on cylinder liner radial distortion,and radial distortion can be reduced by controlling the fit tolerance.
