摘要
在非工作状态下对 61 1 0型柴油机气缸套的变形进行测试 ,结果表明 ,6个气缸套在测试的 3个截面上均发生失圆现象 ,并且这种失圆现象在长轴的方向有一定的规律性 机体顶平面与气缸盖之间的接触压力试验证明了这一部位的接触应力不均匀 为了分析引起气缸套变形的主要原因和找出降低气缸套变形的途径 ,对 61 1 0型柴油机进行了有限元计算 ,并对螺栓扭紧力矩的大小和气缸套受力圆环的直径分别选取 3个水平进行试验优化 有限元法计算分析后 ,结果表明 。
The testing result of deformation of cylinder liners of 6110 type diesel engine in non operating state shows that out of round occurs at the three testing sections in six cylinder liners, and there is certain regularity in their long axes direction. The testing result of contact press between the top surface of cylinder block and the bottom surface of cylinder head shows that the contact press at this place is non uniform. In order to find out the reason causing the deformation of cylinder liners and the way to reduce the deformation, a finite element analysis of the cylinder block of 6110 type diesel engine is performed. Three levels of the twisting moment of cylinder head bolts and the diameter of the ring of the force action of cylinder liners are chosen respectively and an experimental optimization is performed. The result shows that the twisting moment of cylinder head bolts and force action position of cylinder liners contribute remarkably to the deformation of cylinder liners.
