摘要
传统(单因素)学习曲线模型仅仅考虑"干中学"的影响,忽略了其他影响因素,在实践应用中往往得出片面的结论。为改进模型,文章从柯布-道格拉斯生产函数推导出综合考虑"干中学"与"研究中学"的双因素学习曲线模型,并将该模型应用于我国风机制造领域,分析我国1991~2013年间风电成本变化情况及其影响因素。
Traditional (single factor) learning curve model only includes the influence of"learning by doing"but ignores other influence factors. So, it often gets the one-sided conclusion from practical application. In order to improve the mode, the paper deduces double factors learning curve model considering "learning by doing" and "learning by studying" by Cobb-Douglas production function. And the paper applies this model to fan manufacturing of China to analyze the cost changes of wind power and its influencing factors of China in 1991~2013.
