绞吸式挖泥船绞刀系统液压冲击研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着沿海经济的快速发展,绞吸式挖泥船具有广阔的市场,已成为水下开挖输送施工、水域工程治理的主要设备,但是由于液压冲击,绞吸式挖泥船的叶片泵经常发生故障,降低了挖泥船工作效率。对绞吸式挖泥船由于土质不均所引起的液压冲击进行分析研究,并在系统中连接蓄能器。利用三维建模软件AMESim对绞刀系统进行实体建模,模拟实际工况对绞刀马达加载,得出了叶片泵入口压力曲线。通过比较分析了绞刀系统是否安装蓄能器的压力图,确定最佳的蓄能器前单向阀开口大小。得出的压力曲线与现场所测曲线进行对比,可以为液压系统的仿真提供理论依据。 With the rapid development of China's coastal economy, the cutter-suction has a broad market and be- comes an essential equipment of underwater excavation transportation and water engineering management. But the hydraulic shock is often the cause of the failure of vane pump to seriously affect the production efficiency. To ana- lyze the hydraulic shock caused by the non uniform soil, we install an accumulator in the hydraulic system. Using 3 D modeling software to make the solid model of reamer system let pressure curve of the vane pump. is installed an accumulator and not, nalysis of test data and theory data, Through the comparative , we imitate the production process to obtain the in- analysis curves under the conditions that the system the best size of the throttle opening is determined. Through the comparative a- the reliable theory basis is provided for the simulation of hydraulic system.
