摘要
针对传统二元格局的地籍管理中存在的问题,引入广义宗地的概念,探讨了基于"地籍一张图"的城乡一体化、二三维一体化的地籍数据集成管理模式。根据地籍管理的日常业务,设计并实现了"地籍一张图"信息系统。
By analyzing the problems of traditional dual structure cadastral management,this paper introduced the concept of generalized parcel,and discussed the integration and management mode of urban-rural integration,two-three dimensional integrated cadastral data based on Cadastral OneMap.Then,according to the daily business of cadastral management,this paper designed and implemented Cadastral OneMap information system.
