摘要
土地利用变更模型及其事务处理机制是土地利用现状管理信息系统的核心.传统变更模型所支持的变更操作粒度较为单一、事务完整性差、时空语义表现过于单薄.在分析了土地利用变更特点和存在问题的基础上,提出了一种土地利用多级变更模型LU-MCM(land use multi-level change model),模型以土地利用变迁过程为变更对象,并进一步将之划分为多级变更逻辑单元进行组合描述,而所需解决的长事务处理机制则通过扩展的多粒度树状事务模型实现.土地利用现状管理信息系统的设计和实现证明,该模型对土地利用变迁过程表达效果较好,为土地利用变更数据管理提供了思路.
Land use change model and its transaction processing mechanism are core of land use actuality management information system. Traditional change models have insufficiency in some aspects, such as singularity of change operation granularity, low integrality of transaction, simple spatio-temporal semantic expression, etc. Based on the analysis of specialties and problems of land use change, a land use multi-level change model (LU-MCM) is presen- ted, which aims land use change process as its change object, and divides it into multi-level change logic units to de- scribe with combination, and the long transaction processing mechanism is implemented by extended various granularity tree like transaction model. An application example of land use actuality management information system is given, and the model is proved to be good for representation of land use change processes, and a new thought for land use change data management is provided.
