摘要
采用场发射扫描电镜对聚醚酰亚胺纳滤膜的微观形貌进行了表征,对聚醚酰亚胺纳滤膜的有机溶剂溶胀性、抗压强度、纯水通量、对相对分子质量为180的葡萄糖的截留率和通量,以及膜的耐酸碱性和耐热性等性能进行了系统测试.结果表明,聚醚酰亚胺纳滤膜表面均匀、孔隙较少,在有机溶剂中的溶胀度较小,最佳耐酸碱范围pH值为2.5~11,最大耐受温度为60℃,最大耐受压力为5.0 MPa.在室温、0.7 MPa的条件下,聚醚酰亚胺纳滤膜的纯水通量为40 L/(m2·h),其对相对分子质量为180的葡萄糖溶液的截留率在95%以上,膜通量大于15 L/(m2·h).将聚醚酰亚胺纳滤膜应用于有机体系的浓缩和纯化,达到了提高产品质量和降低生产成本的目的,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益.
The surface topography of polyetherimide (PEI) membranes is analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the performances of the membranes, such as swelling degree for organic solvent, compressive strength, pure water flux, the rejection and flux of glucose (Mn =180), acid base resistance property and thermo-stability are tested. The results show that the membranes have homogeneous skin on their surface with few holes. The swelling degree of PEI membranes in organic sol- vent is relatively small. The optimal tolerant range of pH is 2.5-11. The maximum tolerable temperature and pressure are 60 ℃ and 5.0 MPa, respectively. At the condition of room temperature and 0.7 MPa, pure water flux of PEI membranes is 40 L/ (m2 · h). And the rejection of glucose (Mo =180) on PEI membranes is more than 95% and flux is greater than 15 L/(m2 · h) at the same condition. The PEI membranes are applied to the enrichment and purification of organic solvent of industrial pro- duction, achieving the aim of improving the quality of products and reducing production cost, which have marked economic and social benefits.
