Recovery of ionic liquid from spinning wastewater by nano-filtration technology

摘要 比较了3种纳滤膜对水溶液中离子液体的截留效果,研究结果表明,NF-1对质量浓度为0.5g/L的1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐[AMIM]Cl的截留率达到90.5%,水通量为15.8L/(m2·h)。实验研究了离子液体浓度、测试压力、测试温度等对纳滤膜截留性能的影响。实验将纳滤膜应用于纺丝废水中离子液体的回收,FTIR表明,回收的离子液体的纯度较高。 The effects of three kinds of nano-filtration membranes on the rejection capacity of the ionic liquid in aqueous solution have been compared. The results show that the rejection rate of 0.5% of (1-ally1-3- methylimidazolium chloride, [AMIM]Cl by NF-1 is 90.5%, and the flux is 15.8 L/(m2·h). The effects of the concentration of ionic liquid, operating pressure and temperature on the rejection capacity of the membrane are investigated. The membrane can also be used for recovering ionic liquid from spinning wastewater. The FTIR shows that the recovered ionic liquid has high purity.
