中国美利奴羊(新疆型)KRT27基因的多态性及其与毛细度性状关联分析

Polymorphism of KRT27 Gene and Its Relationship with Fineness Traits in Chinese Merino Sheep(Xinjiang Type)

摘要 实验通过PCR-SSCP技术,对中国美利奴羊(新疆型)KRT27基因的多态性进行了检测,并对不同基因型与中国美利奴羊(新疆型)羊毛细度性状间的关联性进行了分析。结果表明:外显子5的一段长度为122 bp的扩增产物经SSCP分析后出现了两种基因型AA和AB,存在两种等位基因A和B;AA基因型和AB基因型在中国美利奴羊(新疆型)中的频率分布分别为0.86和0.14,等位基因A、B的基因频率分别为0.93和0.07,表明A等位基因为优势等位基因;所研究群体在该位点上处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05)。不同基因型的个体间羊毛细度性状没有显著差异(P>0.05)。 In this study, PCR-SSCP analysis was used to identify genetic variation in KR/27 in Chinese Merino (Xinjiang type), and the relationship with fineness traits were analyzed.The results showed that a PCR product of 122 bp corresponding to partial exon 5 had two genotypes, and the frequencies of the genotype AA, AB and allele A, B in Chinese Merino sheep (Xinjiang type) were 0.86,0.14 and 0.93,0.07 respectively, and the A allele was dominant allele. The polymorphic locus of KRT27 gene was at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P〉0.05 )in the breed. The individuals of genotype AA, AB had no significant difference in the fineness traits(P〉0.05 ).
