柴油挥发及爆炸风险检测装置及其在大型水泥厂中的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 研究开发了一套液态烃类挥发及扩散特性综合试验装置,用于检测和预控大型水泥厂油罐区的柴油泄漏挥发及爆炸风险。运用此装置并结合印尼地区的气候条件,研究密闭空间内柴油温度分别为30℃,60℃,90℃,120℃的挥发量、蒸汽云扩散浓度变化规律,以及蒸汽云可爆敏感区的范围和达到爆炸限的时间。结果表明:(1)柴油挥发量M与温度T呈指数关系:M=AeBT,液面上方0.8 m左右为易爆敏感区,且蒸汽云浓度达到爆炸限的时间t与柴油温度T也呈指数关系:t=AeBT;(2)试验用装置能实现对柴油泄漏后挥发量、蒸汽云扩散浓度分布、可爆炸蒸汽云生成的时间及范围的定量分析,可为大型水泥厂油罐区的安全防护提供预警和技术指导。 In order to better detect the leak volatilization and explosion risk of diesel oll in the tank farm of large-scale cement plant, the closed premixed tower with a controllable thermostat has been designed. Based on that, a comprehensive testing apparatus with the characteristic of liquid hydrocarbon evaporation and diffusion has been established. Combined with the Indonesian climatic conditions, the apparatus is aimed in the closed space to respectively study the volatilization of diesel oil in 30℃, 60℃, 90℃ and 120℃, and the change law of vapor cloud diffusion concentration, and the range of the explosion sensitive area of vapor cloud and the time to reach the explosion. The results have shown that the amount (M) of diesel oil volatilization keeps the exponential relationship with temperature (T): M=Ae^BT. Sensitive explosion area is approximately 0.8m above the fluid level; and the time (t) for the concentration of vapor cloud reaching explosion limit keeps a exponential relationship with the temperature (T) of diesel oil: t=Ae^BT . This study has presented a comprehensive testing apparatus with the characteristic of liquid hydrocarbon evaporation and diffusion, realizing the quantitative analysis of the amount of volatile diesel oil after leak, the diffusion concentration distribution of vapor cloud, and the time for vapor cloud exploding and its explosive range, which will provide early warning and guidance to the safety protection of tank farm in large-scale cement plant.
