摘要
应用DOW火灾/爆炸指数法及ICI/MOND火灾/爆炸/毒性指数法,对大型化工贮罐进行了安全评价,得到化工大型贮罐都属于重大危险源.对评价方法进行了比较分析,指出两者属同一层次的初步安全评价,可用于危险源筛选.最后初步探讨了安全评价的理论原则.
Such risk assessment methods as Dew Fire Explosion Index and ICI/MOND Fire Explosion Toxicity index are used to evaluate the risk of large volume vessels in a chemical plant. A conclusion is drawn that they are all of major hazards and form a hazard source. Comparing the assessment methods with eachother,it is found that both methods are on the same level in primary risk assessment and available to screenhazads sources. The principle of risk assessment is discussed theoretically.
