摘要
目的：探讨70°鼻内镜下低温等离子剥推融切术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的方法及效果。方法对317例腺样体肥大患儿行鼻内镜下低温等离子剥推融切术，再辅以相应药物治疗，分析疗效。结果术后随访6～12个月，317例均无复发，疗效满意。结论70°鼻内镜下低温等离子剥推融切术治疗儿童腺样体肥大具有视野清晰、界限清楚、出血少、患者康复快等特点。
Objective To explore the treatment method and effect of adenoidectomy with low-temperature plasma strip-ping-pushing-ablation under 70°nasal endoscopy for children with adenoidal hypertrophy.Methods A total of 317 children with adenoidal hypertrophy were treated by adenoidectomy with low-temperature plasma stripping-pushing-abla-tion under 70°nasal endoscopy,also they were given medicine.Results During a follow-up period of 6 to 12 months, there was no recurrence.Conclusion Apparent visual fields,clear boundary lines and quick recovery are got by ade-noidectomy with low-temperature plasma stripping-pushing-ablation under 70°nasal endoscopy for children with adenoi-dal hypertrophy.
