摘要
京族饮食文化是京族民间文化的重要组成部分,在现代社会里,京族传统特色饮食文化在民间仍得到较好传承,日常饮食结构、饮食观念、口味、丧葬礼仪食俗以及祭祀礼仪食俗相对稳定,但传统饮食制作工艺的传承状况不容乐观,需要对饮食制作工艺加以保护,并合理有效地开发利用京族饮食习俗文化。
The diet culture for Jing ethnic group is a significant part of folk culture. In modem society, the Jing ethnic group' s traditional characteristic diet culture is still well inherited in folk. It is relatively stable in following aspects: the daily diet structure, diet perception, taste, funeral etiquette custom and sacrifice etiquette custom. But the situation about the inheritance of traditional food produce techniques is not optimistic, the techniques need to be protected, in the same time, the diet culture for Jing ethnic group is also need to be proper utilized and developed effectively.
