生防菌菌株LDB1对植物病原真菌的抑菌谱 被引量:6

Antifungal Spectrum of Biocontrol Bacterium Strain LDB1 against Plant Pathogen Fungi

摘要 以枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Subtilis)菌株LDB1为试验材料,研究其固体、液体培养条件下的抑菌谱情况,明确该菌株对植物病原真菌[水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoclonia solani)、苹果轮纹病菌(Physalospora piricola)、腐霉病菌(Pythium)、油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)、小麦全蚀病菌(Gaetanannomyces graminis)、棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Vasinfectum)、小麦根腐病菌(Helminthosporium sorokianum),番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea Pers)]的抑制效果。结果表明,两种培养条件下对供试的8种植物病原真菌均有较好的抑制效果;除水稻纹枯病菌和苹果轮纹病菌外,液体培养对其他5种病原菌的抑制作用优于固体培养,比较分析显示两种培养方式处理差异显著。 The bacillus subtilis strain LDB1 isolated by authors' laboratory was cultured under the conditions of the solid and liquid to determine the antifungal activities against plant pathogen fungi including Rhizoclonia solani, Physalospora piricola,Pythium,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Gaetanannomyces graminis,Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Vasinfectum, Helminthosporium sorokianum, and Botrytis cinerea Pers. The results showed that the strain LDB1 cultured by both treatments had obvious inhibitory effect on the 8 plant pathogen fungi. The antifungal activity of the bacterial suspension was stronger than that of the solid in the overall level except Rhizoclonia solani and Physalospora piricola. The difference between the two treatments was significant.
