摘要
目的:探讨应用自体脂肪颗粒注射移植进行面部塑形美容的临床效果。方法:对2013年9月-2014年5月接受面部塑形美容的58例患者,在治疗过程中均应用自体脂肪颗粒注射移植方法,观察其临床效果。结果:在塑形美容完成之后,所有患者均无严重不良反应,对患者进行随访,仅有2例患者需进行二次注射治疗,调查患者满意度,所有患者中仅有3例不满意,其满意度为94.8%。结论:在面部塑形美容中应用自体脂肪颗粒注射移植效果满意,能够使面部老化症状得到有效改善,组织相容性好,无不良反应,患者满意度较高,在临床可进行进一步推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of applying injection autologous fat granules in facial plastic beauty. Methods 58 patients were applied injection autologous fat granules transplantation from September 2013 to May 2015. Then, observed its clinical effect. Results All patients had no serious adverse reaction after the operation. Two patients required secondary injection treatment during followed up.The degree of satisfaction was 94.8%,only 3 cases were not satisfied. Conclusion It can get satisfied effect applying autologous fat granules injection in shaping face,and is able to effectively improve facial aging symptoms, no adverse reactions,patients satisfaction is higher.
