摘要
目的:观察自体脂肪颗粒注射移植面部塑形美容的疗效。方法:使用纯化后自体脂肪颗粒注射移植到额颞部、颊区、颏部、耳垂、鼻梁、鼻唇沟和面部皱纹深凹。每处注射剂量为3.0～12.5ml,平均(9.3±0.3)ml。结果:50例患者无明显手术后并发症,充填后面部较前丰满,质感同周围组织,形态自然。随访发现注射部位维持了改善的效果。结论:自体脂肪颗粒注射移植面部能达到丰满塑形效果。
Objectives： To investigate the effect of autologous fat granules injection in facial remode-ling. Method： For 50 cases, the purified autologous fat granules were respectively injected into the fronto-temporal region, buccal region, mental region, earlobe, nose bridge, nasolabial fold and fa-cial wrinkles. For each injection sites, the dose was 3.0±12.5 ml, average （9.3 ± 0.3）ml. Re-sults： There was no significant post-operative complication in all patients. After operation, the faces of patients were plumper. The texture is the same as surrounding tissues, and the appearance is natural. Conclusion： The application of facial autologous fat granules grafting could achieve the plump shaping effect.
