摘要
目的:观察榄香烯注射液联合同步放化疗后巩固化疗治疗晚期食管癌患者近期疗效及不良反应。方法:74例晚期食管癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组37例;对照组给予单纯放化疗治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药榄香烯治疗。比较两组患者治疗后近期疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗后近期总有效率(83.78%)高于对照组(72.97%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组放射性食管炎、恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、肝肾功能异常等不良反应的发生率及程度均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:榄香烯联合同步放化疗后巩固化疗治疗晚期食管癌能显著减轻血液学毒性,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective： To observe the short- term effect of consolidation chemotherapy and Elemene injection combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer patients. Methods： All74 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,37 cases in each group. The control group were given chemotherapy treatment,the treatment group at the same time using traditional Chinese medicine Elemene treatment. Results ： In the treatment group the short- term effective rate（ 83. 78%） was higher than that in the control group（ 72. 97%）,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Adverse reaction in the treatment group radiation esophagitis,nausea and vomiting,myelosuppression,liver and kidney function abnormality rate and degree were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Elemene combined with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy after consolidation chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer can significantly reduce blood toxicity,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
