摘要
目的观察不同方法治疗中晚期食管癌疗效。方法 60例中晚期食管癌患者,分别给予放疗,放疗+化疗,放疗+化疗+中药治疗,观察疗效,不良反应,1年后存活率。结果放疗+化疗组、放化疗+中药组与单纯放疗组比较,肿瘤直径显著减少,有效率及1年存活率显著增加(P<0.05)。治疗第一、二疗程放疗+化疗组、单纯放疗组与放化疗+中药组比较不良反应显著增多(P<0.05)。结论放化疗配合中药治疗中晚期食管癌疗效确切,不良反应少。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different methods in the treatment of esophagus cancer, Methods All 60 cases with local advanced esophageal cancer were divided into three groups and treated with radiotherapy,chemotherapy or Chinese medicine,The efficiency in all patients were observed and analyzed. Results Short term efficiency and survival rate in radiotherapy - only group were significantly lower than that of other groups （P 〈 0.05）,The rates of side effects were higher significantly in radiotherapy - only and radiotherapy plus concurrent chemotherapy groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Radiotherapy plus concurrent chemotherapy and Chinese medicine for local advanced esophageal cancer is effective.
