摘要
田集发电厂二期工程是国内再热蒸汽温度623℃参数等级超超临界燃煤锅炉的首次应用,由于锅炉的高温再热器设计充分利用现有受热面材料的安全余量,导致运行过程中高温再热器受热面的安全裕度较小,限制了锅炉在初始运行阶段达到汽温设计值。通过大量的燃烧侧偏差控制调整实践,最终可以保证再热蒸汽温度达到设计值623℃,此时高温再热器壁温静态最大值小于638℃,与再热蒸汽温度的正偏差控制在15℃以内,保留了10℃以上的动态安全裕度,保证了锅炉在全负荷范围内的动、静态安全性。
The USC boiler with reheat steam temperature 623℃ in Tianji Phase II Project is the first application in china. The materials of the high temperature reheater surface has less safety margin because the occupation of more potential safety margin of the existing metallic material. This fact limits the steam temperature up to the design value at the beginning of the boiler operation. After a lot of adjustment of combustion deviation, the reheat steam temperature reach to the design value 623℃ finally, and the static deviation between the maximum value of the reheat-surface temperature and steam temperature can be controlled within 15℃ to guarantee the boiler static and dynamic safety at any load.
