摘要
目的:筛选肺心宁胶囊的成型工艺条件。方法:通过制粒改善肺心宁干浸膏粉的吸湿性,以吸湿率、成型率、休止角、堆密度为指标筛选辅料和润湿剂。结果:以甘露醇∶乳糖=1∶1为辅料,以95%乙醇为润湿剂时最佳,其临界相对湿度为73.00%。结论:成品颗粒流动性好,吸湿率、成型率、休止角、堆密度均符合要求,为肺心宁胶囊工艺条件的确定提供了依据。
Objective：To screen the optimal formulation process of feixinning Capsule.Methods：The hygroscopicity of feixinning dry extract powder was improved by granulating process.Hygroscopicity,molding rate,angle of repose and bulk density were used as the reference indicators to screen the accessories and wetting agent.Results：The best technique conditions were as follows：the mannitol and lactose were mixed in a proportion of 1∶1as accessories,the 95%alcohol was used as wetting agent.Its critical relative humidity is 73.00%.Conclusion：The feixinning granule is of good fluidity,lower hygroscopicity,higher molding rate and bulk density.The angle of repose meets the requirement.It provides a basis of the technological conditions for preparation of feixinning capsule.
