摘要
目的:探索三承气汤及其衍化方演化规律,为现代临床应用和化裁承气汤提供参考。方法:从"方-证要素对应"角度总结三承气汤及其衍化方遣药组方情况,得出它们的制方规律。结论:三承气汤及其衍化方变化虽多,其中总不离基本证候要素(阳明腑实)、基本治法(泻热导滞)、基本方剂要素(大黄)。
Objective ： The purpose is to provide a reference for the application and flexible modification of Chengqi Decoction in TCM clinical practice by exploring the evolutionary regularity of three Chengqi Decoctions and its derived prescriptions. Methods ： Summarize the rules of formula of three Chengqi Decoctions and its derived prescriptions from the perspective of correspondence between syndrome and formula factors. Conclusion： Although there are a variety of the change rules of three Chengqi Decoctions and its derived prescriptions, the general principle doesn＇t go beyond the basic syndrome-factors （ excess syndrome of Yangming Fu-viseera ）, the basic treatment （ purging heat and removing stagnation ）, the basic formula- factors （ Dahuang ）.
