摘要
思想政治教育自觉是社会及个体对思想政治教育活动的深刻理解(或科学认识)并按这种理解(或认识)去行动,思想政治教育自觉可分为主体自觉和客体自觉、群体自觉和个体自觉、理论自觉和实践自觉等。思想政治教育自觉首先是思想政治教育主体的自觉,包括党和政府的思想政治教育自觉、学校和各单位的思想政治教育自觉及教师和各教育个体的思想政治教育自觉。思想政治教育自觉的提出具有重大意义在于,思想政治教育要培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,要培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的"四有"青年,要培养合格的奉公守法的公民,要培养心智健全的人,而这一切都有赖于思想政治教育自觉。
The ideological and political education consciousness is that society and individual get deep understanding （or sci-entific understanding） of the ideological and political education activity and act according to this kind of understanding （or knowledge）. Ideological and political education consciousness can be divided into the subject consciousness and the object con-sciousness, the group consciousness and the individual consciousness, the theory consciousness and the practice conscious, etc. The subject consciousness is the most important one, including the party and the government ideological and political education consciousness, the school and other unit consciousness, the teacher and other educational individual consciousness. The ideolog-ical and political education consciousness has the great significance in cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause, educating the ＂four-haves＂ youth that they have ideal, morality, culture and discipline, developing qualified law-abiding citi-zens, and training sound and sane people. Above it all depend on the ideological and political education consciousness.
