摘要
风杯部件是风速传感器的重要组成部分,它的加工工艺方法是保证产品质量和性能参数的重要手段之一。本文根据风洞测试的数据,分析了改变风杯加工工艺方法对风速传感器测量误差的影响,为今后在实际生产过程中,通过加工工艺方法解决产品性能参数的问题,提供了一定的指导作用。
Wind cup member is an important part of the wind speed senso,its processing crafts is an important means to ensure product quality and performance parameters of the wind speed sensor.This article through the wing tunnel experiment,summarize how the wind cup processing crafts effect on the wind speed sensor measurement bias,and provides some guidance for how to solve the problem of performance parameters by using the method that change the processing crafts in the actual production process.
