摘要
深入分析了齿轮基节偏差影响下噪声的产生机理 ,在研究现有降噪措施的基础上 ,提出了一种新的降噪方案。该方案结构简单 ,安装调试方便 ,对轴承的影响小 ,尤其对小模数齿轮传动 ,效果更佳。
The article analysis the reason of the gear's noise when they work in the bias of the pitch.On the base of the newly research of the reduce of the noise,people come up with a new schema. The structure of schema is very easy and the installation is very convenient .The affection to the axis and pump is very little.Especially, the schema is appropriate with the efficiency of the fine pitch gear.
